(1) Information of INET

1 - Why conduct INET?

Indian navy wanted officers for short service commission. The exam is conducted for the requirement of officers in the rank of sub lieutenant.

2 – What is INET?

The long form of INET is Indian Navel Entrance Test. Navy is safeguarding our country above and INET is a national – level Entrance exam. The INET exam conducted for selection of officers in various branches. This exam conducted by Indian navy. Three various entrances.

3 – What are (PC) and (SSC?) 

(PC) is permanent commission and (SSC) and undergoes training at the Indian naval academy (INA).

 

(2) Very Important Points of INET Exam

1. This exam conducted twice a year.

2. This exam conducting authority by Indian navy.

3. This exam level is national.

4. This exam cracked student selecting for SSB interview and medical procedure and get selected for officers in sub lieutenant.

5. This exam has negative marking. There is also a penalty of one mark for mark for an incorrect answer.

6. What wants this exam?

7. Duration of INET is two hours.

Eligible Criteria for INET

Important point- The eligible criteria for INET is different for different posts. For some posts both male and female. Candidates can apply for INET. While some posts are open for only female or male candidates.

 

(5) INET 2020 Eligibility Criteria 

1. Mechanical engineering.

2. Electrical, electronics, micro electronics, instrumentation, electronics and communication, telecommunication, control, control engineering.

3. Production, industrial production, industrial, engineering.

4. Applied electronics and instrumentation, electronics and instrumentation.

5. Information technology, computer science, computer engineering, computer application.

6. Metallurgy, metallurgical, chemical, material science.

7. post graduate degree in electronics, physics also candidates should have minimum 60% aggregate marks in class 10^th and 12^th standard they must also have a minimum 60% in English.

 

SSC logistics

Both male and female candidates can apply for this post. Candidates must be B tech. discipline with first class from AICTE recognized institute/ university.

MBA with first class

BCS / B com / BSC (IT)

 PG diploma Finance / logistics / supply chain / management / material management and all ….

 

SSC X (IT)

BE / B TECH From AICTE recognized institute / university with minimum 60% marks in computer science / computer Eng / IT BSC with NSC (computer / IT) M TECH (Computer science).

Only men candidates can apply for this commission on post. Candidates must have completed engineering / B TECH with minimum 60% marks in streams.

SSC electrical branch (general service) candidates must have completed BE / B TECH with 60% in stream such as electronic, electrical, telecommunication, electronics & communication, power engineering, electronic instrumentation, instrumentation and control Eng.

Education Branch

1. Only men can apply for pc education.
2. Candidates must have first class in MSC in maths / operational research. With physics in BSC.
3. First class in with 60% marks in mechanical Eng.
4. BE / B TECH with minimum 60% marks in mechanical Eng.
5. All students applying for this branch should note that they must have scored minimum of 60% in class 10^th & 12^th and 60% in English in the same standard.

 

Other Eligible Criteria 

1. Male or female can apply for INET exam.
2. Only unmarried male and female. Candidates apply for INET exam.
3. Candidates are applying for INET. He / her age should be 19 – 24.

Candidates should note that those who will be shortlisted for SSB will be reimbursed with the travel expense which will be equivalent to the fare of 3^rd tier AC.
